Shopping at Royalmail online shop

Ok, just a little experience to tell everyone about the royal mail online shop. If the billing name/address and delivery name/address are different, must be careful when you fill in the form. And must have a careful final check of the name before submission. I met a problem because the system was so clever to mix the two names. When you click submission, nothing can be changed, you will be offered an order number. When you find the problem and call the customer service, they only ask a reference number which you can not find it at all.
